Delivery

After payment has been completed and confirmed, the product will in principle be available for download immediately. If a system failure or other circumstances prevent immediate delivery, we will in principle aim to provide the product or take the necessary action within 24 hours. Refund

Cause-specific remedies. The 14 days (336 hours) from the first paid record are a request period, not an unconditional guarantee; statutory rights remain. No proof of non-download is required.
