ONEAORA Template Sales Terms

Scope: VELORA v1.0.0 / LUMINA v1.1.0, each JPY ¥5,980 including tax, one-time payment. These conditions apply to sales to customers located in Japan. Overseas / EU purchases are not accepted. They do not apply to ONEAORA Jobs or external shops.

The seller and person responsible for operations is 髙岡 優子. The service name is ONEAORA; contact support@mail.oneaora.com. ONEAORA is the brand, not a separate incorporated entity. These terms cover VELORA — Premium 3D Restaurant Website Template v1.0.0 and LUMINA — 3D Enhanced Website Template v1.1.0. Each costs JPY 5,980, tax included. Requirements and contents are product-specific.

Statutory seller information, including our business address and telephone number, will be provided without delay upon request in writing, by email or by another appropriate electronic means. You may request it from support@mail.oneaora.com before placing an order. No purchase or account registration is required.

Review the product name, version, contents, total price, requirements, delivery timing, license and refund conditions before purchase. Distinguish demonstration visuals from included functionality. Product descriptions and Asset Documentation describe the current bundled image resolution and asset conditions.

VELORA v1.0.0: Node.js 22.12 or newer (a supported LTS is recommended), npm, a terminal, a code editor and internet access to install dependencies. A modern browser is required; realtime Wine 3D requires WebGL. Ineligible devices and reduced-motion settings use static content. Built with React, TypeScript and Vite; npm run check and npm run build produce dist for static hosting. No booking backend, payments, CMS or email service is included.

LUMINA v1.1.0: Node.js 22.13 or newer, npm and internet access to install dependencies. A terminal, code editor and basic React, TypeScript and CSS skills are recommended for editing. A modern browser is required; realtime 3D requires WebGL2, with a static fallback. Built with Next.js; use npm run build and npm start, and hosting capable of running Next.js. Contact validates locally without sending or storing messages. Neither product guarantees identical 3D performance on every device.

VELORA v1.0.0 and LUMINA v1.1.0 each cost JPY ¥5,980, including tax for the Japanese domestic price display. Payment is a one-time credit-card payment via Stripe, processed at purchase. The date your card issuer debits your account follows its own terms. There is no special application period. No fictitious regular price, discount or limited quantity is advertised.

You bear internet/data charges for access and downloading. If ONEAORA introduces a separate charge, its amount must be displayed before purchase. Currency conversion or fees for foreign-issued cards may depend on the card issuer or financial institution and are not a fixed ONEAORA fee.

The contract is formed when ONEAORA has verified successful payment and the purchase confirmation notice reaches the purchaser. The ordering flow permits review and correction before submission; a failed payment is not purchase completion. The administrative refund-request period starts at the first paid-order record as described in section 6, separately from contract formation. ONEAORA will not use its notification delays or failures to restrict statutory rights or mechanically reject a request.

After payment has been completed and confirmed, the product will in principle be available for download immediately. If a system failure or other circumstances prevent immediate delivery, we will in principle aim to provide the product or take the necessary action within 24 hours. The product ZIP is supplied through purchase email instructions and secure purchase access. If the instructions do not arrive or you cannot obtain the product, contact support@mail.oneaora.com. Payment-verification or email-delivery problems will be investigated and addressed through measures such as re-delivery. If we cannot supply the product within a reasonable period, we will act under the Refund Policy and applicable law. This target does not limit the refund conditions where delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable period or any statutory rights.

After guest checkout, obtain the ZIP through the purchase email and secure purchase page.

Purchase access lasts for 24 hours from the first explicit action to view purchase information (such as “View purchase”) or request a download. It does not start when the email arrives or merely when the linked page is opened. An unused purchase link expires 30 days after issue. The same periods apply to reissued links. Each individual file URL expires after 60 seconds; a new file URL can be requested while purchase access remains valid.

Download links expire. If your link has expired, contact support@mail.oneaora.com from the email address used for your purchase. After verifying the purchase and an active entitlement, we will reissue a new download access link to the email address originally registered with the order. Reissuing invalidates the old purchase access link. We do not redirect or reissue it to a different email address.

You may re-download through secure purchase access while your entitlement is active and product delivery remains available. Link expiry does not automatically terminate the license or entitlement. Lifetime hosting, permanent download availability and unlimited lifetime storage are not guaranteed. If product delivery is discontinued, we will normally give 30 days’ advance notice and an opportunity to obtain the product during that period. Legal requirements, urgent security measures or similar exceptional circumstances may prevent that notice period. This does not unconditionally cancel existing contractual or statutory rights.

The approved ONEAORA Standard Website Template License v1.0, presented before purchase, applies. One purchase permits one End Product / one Website Project for one brand, business or client. Commercial use, one client project, customization and delivery of the finished website are allowed. Development, preview, staging, production and backups of that same site are not separate sites, and domain count alone does not determine license count.

Except for permitted client delivery, maintenance access and normal website serving, template resale, source-package redistribution, modified-template resale and publication of template source in a public repository are prohibited. Independent websites require additional licenses. Third-party licenses and product Asset Documentation apply. No exclusive copyright, exclusive ownership, uniqueness or trademark/model/property clearance is guaranteed for demo or AI-generated assets.

The Japan-focused Refund & Cancellation Policy v1.0 presented and applicable at purchase governs. Buyer remorse regarding a properly supplied conforming product is normally excluded. Duplicate payments, corruption, delivery faults, unresolved download problems and material description mismatches are addressed by cause. Accidental purchases are reviewed individually, without automatic rejection or approval based solely on access history.

ONEAORA's own period for reporting a problem or requesting a refund is normally within 14 days of purchase completion. For this purpose, purchase completion means the time when ONEAORA verifies successful payment and first records the order as paid, not the time of email receipt or first download. The deadline is 14 × 24 hours (336 hours) after that time, displayed to buyers in Japan Standard Time (JST). This is not an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee; the cause-specific conditions below apply. Investigation, remediation and refund processing for a timely report do not have to be completed within that period.

This does not limit a longer period or other rights or remedies available under applicable law. Statutory remedies for a non-conforming product are not replaced by ONEAORA's sole discretion, and a statutory claim will not be rejected solely because 14 days have passed.

Being “not downloaded” is not a prerequisite for a refund. General cooling-off rights are not treated as automatically applicable to Japanese mail-order sales; applicable statutory rights remain protected.

Purchase alone does not guarantee lifetime support, unlimited customization, installation, hosting or integration assistance, lifetime updates, future features or permanent compatibility. Optional support/update conditions are stated on the product page or in a separate policy. This does not negate conformity with the product description or statutory remedies.

Sales Terms address the transaction; the License addresses use; the Refund Policy addresses cause-specific refunds; the statutory disclosure addresses sales information; and the Privacy Policy addresses personal information. The purchase-time policy version applies, without unconditional retroactive application of later changes. Unresolved document conflicts are not resolved by an assumption adverse to the buyer. The Privacy Policy governs personal information.

The Japanese and English documents provide the same conditions to buyers. This English translation explains Japan-focused terms and does not warrant worldwide legal compliance. Japanese controls interpretive differences to the extent permitted by applicable law, without limiting non-excludable rights.

This document does not designate a governing law or exclusive court jurisdiction. Applicable law and statutory jurisdiction rules govern; non-excludable consumer rights are not restricted. Published on September 29, 2026. The version presented at purchase applies to that purchase.

ONEAORA is not registered as a qualified invoice issuer under Japan's invoice system and does not issue qualified invoices under that system. No qualified invoice issuer registration number is displayed. Ordinary purchase confirmations and receipt information are distinguished from qualified invoices. This statement does not determine whether ONEAORA is taxable or exempt for Japanese consumption tax. The total price for Japan remains JPY 5,980, tax included.
