ONEAORA Standard Website Template License

Version 1.0

The common license was approved in full in Japanese and English by 髙岡 優子 on 2026-09-25 and adopted for VELORA / LUMINA. Japanese is the reference text; English is the buyer-facing translation. Licensor: 髙岡 優子 (ONEAORA). Japan-only limits the sales market and does not add a new geographic restriction on publication of a permitted website.

In simple terms

✓ Build one website with one purchase. ✓ Use it for a personal, commercial or own-business website. ✓ Use it to build and deliver one finished website for one client. ✓ Customize code, text, branding, colors, typography and images. ✓ Use development, preview, staging, production and backups for that same website. ✓ Give development and maintenance personnel access to the extent necessary.

✗ Do not resell the template, including a modified version. ✗ Do not redistribute or share the downloadable source package. ✗ Do not use one purchase for multiple unrelated websites or client projects. ✗ Do not distribute template source or assets as reusable products. ✗ Do not publish template source in a public repository.

The formal text below takes precedence over this summary. The permitted client handover and ordinary website delivery described below are not prohibited template redistribution. Third-party components and product-specific asset terms remain subject to their own licenses.

Formal license text

1. Scope and definitions

“Template” means the ONEAORA Website Template purchased by the buyer, including its supplied code, design files, documentation and bundled assets, subject to the separate third-party and asset terms in sections 7–9.

“Buyer” or “you” means the person or organization that purchases the Template. “End Product” means one final website project made using the Template for one brand, business or client. It does not mean a reusable template, a template library or a website-generation system.

These terms concern use of the Template; they do not claim ownership of your separate content or of third-party components, and do not promise ownership or exclusivity in any bundled asset.

2. Basic permission

One purchase permits use in one End Product / one website project.

You may use the Template to create a personal website, a commercial website, your own business website, or a finished website for one client. You may customize the code, text, brand, colors, typography and images, and deploy the finished website.

You may charge for your design or development work and deliver that one finished website to the client, subject to section 5. This permission is not a right to sell or distribute the Template as a reusable product.

3. One purchase, one End Product

One license permits one final website for one brand, business or client. Each additional independent website using the same Template requires an additional license, even when made by the same buyer. One license must not be shared between unrelated clients or projects.

Local development, development server, preview, staging, production and backup copies used for developing or operating the same End Product are not separate websites and require no additional license.

License counts are not determined solely by domain counts. For example, www.example.com, example.com and booking.example.com may use the same license if they form the same End Product as parts of the same brand and website. The same applies to different domains meeting these conditions. In contrast, restaurant-a.com and restaurant-b.com require additional licenses when used as independent businesses, clients or websites. Independent websites cannot be grouped under one license merely because they share a domain or subdomain.

Backups of the same End Product may be stored in cloud storage or private repositories. Access must be limited to people who need it for that project, including personnel permitted under section 5. Publishing template source in a public GitHub repository or other public repository is prohibited. Backups do not authorize reuse for other projects.

4. Prohibited template distribution

Except for restricted-access storage permitted under section 3, handover and personnel access permitted under section 5, and separate third-party rights under section 7, you must not:

- Resell the Template source code or downloadable package. - Redistribute, share, give away or make the source package publicly available, including through a public source repository. - Upload or distribute the Template through template marketplaces. - Sell or distribute a modified version as another template. - Redistribute substantial portions of the Template source as reusable template code, a competing template or a source library. - Make the original or modified reusable Template package downloadable from the finished website. - Share one purchased license across unrelated clients or website projects.

Changing a restaurant name, brand or colors does not permit you to resell the result as a template you created. More extensive modification also does not remove these restrictions.

Serving the HTML, CSS, JavaScript and media necessary for visitors to use the finished website is permitted website operation, not prohibited source-package distribution. This does not authorize offering the Template or extracted assets for download as reusable products.

5. Client work and handover

A web designer or developer may use one purchase to build and deliver one finished website for one client. The handover may include the customized project files reasonably needed to operate and maintain that website, rather than merely a hosted link.

The client may use, maintain and modify that End Product within this one-project scope and retain the source code necessary to operate and maintain that finished website. The buyer must provide these terms and the applicable asset and third-party notices with the handover and explain that it does not grant reusable-template rights.

Neither the buyer nor the client may treat the handover as permission to use the same purchase for another website, distribute the source as a template or provide it as a reusable template library. Client handover does not create a second End Product allowance for the buyer.

The buyer or final client may give developers, designers, agencies, contractors and maintenance providers access to source code only to the extent necessary to build, maintain or modify the same End Product. The party granting access must communicate these terms and applicable third-party and asset terms to those personnel and require them to observe the same resale and redistribution prohibitions. Personnel may not use that access to reuse the source for their own other projects or sell or distribute it as a template for another website. Personnel access does not provide an additional End Product allowance.

6. Modification

You may customize the Template for the licensed End Product, including its code, content and visual presentation. Modification does not remove the restrictions on resale, redistribution or template-marketplace distribution. Applicable third-party license notices and requirements must still be respected.

7. Third-party components

Libraries such as React, Three.js and GSAP, fonts, icons, images, 3D assets, textures and other third-party components and materials remain subject to their providers' licenses. ONEAORA does not claim ownership of those components themselves.

Consult the licenses supplied with those components and any product documentation such as ASSET-LICENSES.md or THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md. Preserve notices and meet attribution or other requirements where the applicable license requires them.

This license does not replace third-party licenses or restrict rights granted independently by them. If these terms conflict with a third-party license regarding that component, the third-party license governs that component. A third-party component's separate permissions do not themselves authorize redistribution of the entire ONEAORA Template.

8. Images and demo assets

Demo imagery, AI-generated imagery, 3D assets and other bundled assets may have product-specific terms or limitations. Consult the product's asset documentation, including any generation records. That documentation takes precedence over this general section for the relevant asset, subject to the applicable third-party license.

Inclusion of an asset does not constitute a guarantee of exclusive copyright, exclusive ownership, uniqueness, trademark clearance, or model or property clearance. The buyer should check that the planned use is suitable and obtain any permissions required for that use. No such guarantee is implied merely because an asset was AI-generated.

9. No standalone resale or redistribution of assets

Subject to sections 7 and 8, bundled images, 3D assets and other assets may be used as part of the licensed End Product, but must not be extracted and sold or redistributed as standalone assets, asset packs or reusable libraries.

Using and serving an asset within the finished website, or including it in the permitted project handover, differs from distributing the asset itself as a reusable product. Where an asset is governed by a third-party license, that original license takes precedence; this section does not remove rights granted independently by it.

10. Support, updates and refunds

Purchase of the Standard License alone does not guarantee lifetime support, unlimited customization support, installation services, hosting support or third-party integration support. Where support is provided, the conditions stated in a separate ONEAORA Support Policy or on the product page apply. This license alone does not promise a particular response time.

Purchase does not guarantee lifetime updates, future feature additions or permanent compatibility. Where available updates are provided, their conditions are governed by the product page or a separate policy.

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the ONEAORA Refund Policy displayed and applied at purchase and applicable law. Later changes will not be applied unconditionally and retroactively to past purchases. This license neither sets detailed refund conditions nor establishes the Refund Policy itself.

11. Suitability and compatibility

The Template is a starting point for building a website. It may require configuration, testing and maintenance for your intended use. Complete suitability for a particular purpose, or permanent compatibility with every host, browser or third-party service, is not guaranteed by this license.

Review the product's stated requirements and limitations and test the finished website before launch. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. This license does not establish a separate liability cap. Refunds are addressed by the reference in section 10.

12. Uses outside the Standard License

Multi-client reuse of one Standard License across independent client projects is outside its scope. Separate independent website projects require additional licenses per website as stated in section 3.

Using or providing the Template as part of website builders, SaaS template generators, white-label template libraries, template marketplaces, mass website generation or redistribution systems is also not permitted under the Standard License. Purchasing multiple Standard Licenses alone does not authorize these system uses or template distribution.

These broader uses may require a separate license, such as a future ONEAORA Extended License. This license does not establish its availability, price or sales conditions. Use beyond the Standard License scope is not permitted unless separately authorized.

13. Primary language

The Japanese version of this license is the primary document, and the English version is a translation for buyers. If interpretations differ between the two versions, the Japanese version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not limit language or consumer-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

This license does not designate a governing law or exclusive court jurisdiction. Applicable law and statutory jurisdiction rules govern; non-excludable consumer rights are not restricted. The creator approved the complete document on 2026-09-25. Published on September 29, 2026. The version presented at purchase applies to that purchase.

The purchase-time Refund Policy governs effects of a refund. Operation and maintenance of the one website already published before a full refund remain permitted, while new use, new publication and new downloads end. Partial refunds are governed by individual agreement. Discontinuing delivery alone does not automatically terminate the existing website license.
